POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
Flight Tracking:
We monitor your flight in real time, so your chauffeur adjusts pickup based on actual arrival. No stress if your flight is delayed.
Grace Periods (Included in Your Price)
- Domestic flights: 45 minutes after landing
- International flights: 90 minutes after landing
- Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes after scheduled time
After Grace Period
- Airport pickups → $60 per 30 minutes of waiting.
- Non-airport pickups → $2.00 per minute after grace period.
Rescheduling: If your flight changes, notify us at least 5 hours before service and we will reschedule at no extra charge (subject to availability).
Payments
For special events such as the Oscars, Grammys, Coachella, Super Bowl, World Cup, and the Olympics, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
For special events including the Oscars, Grammys, Coachella, Super Bowl, World Cup, and the Olympics, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to service date for a full refund.
Special event cancellations are strictly enforced. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of service date.
Late cancellation or No-shows = No refund.
Child Car Seats
Complimentary child car seats are available upon request. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm proper installation for safety.
