LAX (Los Angeles International Airport), LGB (Long Beach Airport), BUR (Burbank

What is LA Confidential cancelation policy?
For any service, we require at least 12 hours prior to pick-up time notice for a full refund.
For any cancellation after 12 hours and 4 hours before pick-up time we issue credit for future service. Any cancellation within 4 hours before the pick-up time is considered non-show, no refundable.
How long in advance should I request or schedule my transportation service?
We encourage, but not required, to call or go online to reserve your service at least 24 hours before your pick-up time. We make reservations for up to a year in advance.
Can I request last-minute reservations?
Yes, we do accept last-minute reservations accordingly to our schedule. Last-minute reservations are considered less than 12 hours prior to the pick-up time.
What service does LA Confidential offer?
From Airport – To Airport – Hourly Service – Point-to-point – Night out – Corporate Events – Weddings – Wine Tours – City Tours – Beach Tours – Live Events
Are pets allowed in vehicles?
Yes. You can bring your pet carrier if you have one. We must be notified when making the reservation. Only small pets up to 15 pounds are allowed in the passenger’s lap.
Does LA Confidential provide child car seats?
Yes, we do. If you need a car seat, you must request it when making the reservation.
Car seats are Free of charge.
Does LA Confidential track flights? What if my flight gets delayed or canceled?
Yes, we do track your flight arrival. If your flight is earlier or delayed, we are always on time. If your flight gets canceled, you need to let us know right away to reschedule your service for a later time or the next day. If you do not let us know, it will be considered as a no-show.
What type of Airport pick-up does LA Confidential offer?
We offer a Meet and Greet service which is waiting for the client with a name sign at the baggage claim, inside the terminal.
We offer Curbside Pick-up, which is our basic Airport pick-up. The pick-up is done at the curb outside the terminal when the client is ready to be picked up.
How can I pay for my car service?
When you make your reservation online or by phone, we will ask for credit card and billing information. The credit card will be charged 48 hours prior to your service unless it is a last-minute reservation. We also accept Zelle, PayPal or Venmo as a payment option. We do not accept cash for payment.
How can I change my reservation?
You can change your reservation at any time by calling or emailing us at least 4 hours prior to the pick-up time.
What if I forget something in the vehicle? What is the policy?
Our chauffeurs always check vehicles after dropping off each client. If anything is left, you can always check with us. If anything is found, we are more than welcome to return it to you.
